Not your generic diversity training.
Structured, evidence-informed training that builds your team's capability and confidence to work effectively with multicultural young people.
Delivered through in-person workshops, public training or tailored corporate sessions, our training can be customised to your organisation's specific context.
Powered by Centre for Multicultural Youth’s 35+ years of experience, CMY’s training draws on current practice, real case studies and the barriers multicultural young people are facing right now. We don't deliver generic diversity training.
Participants leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately, plus insights that can inform organisational policy, marketing campaigns, recruitment practices, complaints processes and supervision frameworks when a single workshop isn't enough.

CMY has built this training based on over 30 years of expertise working alongside multicultural young people. We recognise that the experiences of young people from a migrant background have specific complexity and intersectionality that typical cultural awareness training doesn’t take into account. We are the only organisation with this unique combination of experiences that informs our training.
